Hairburst is for everyone!  Our products help to improve the health, length, strength and thickness of your hair. The products are suitable for all hair types - However, please note you must be at least 12 years or above to use our products. Due to the sensitivity of the scalp, the Scalp Roller can only be used by those over the ages of 18+.   

For best results, we recommend you take one of our Hairburst vitamin products every day, and use our cosmetic items alongside them, for 90 days. After this amount of time, you should be seeing results. Some customers notice results much more quickly, but it varies from person to person. Remember to track your progress using photographs. Our Vitamin products are manufactured mainly at sites within the UK, but we also use facilities across Europe, USA and Australia. Please check the label on your products for more details.

No, unfortunately, Hairburst products cannot help to regrow hair that has already been lost. What it can do is help to maintain the hair that is still growing through, making it better quality, stronger and healthier which will lead to hair shedding less frequently and a better quality of existing hair on the head, which will then appear thicker and grow longer. 

Yes, you can take our New Mums vitamins! The formula has been specifically adapted for those who are breastfeeding or pregnant. Additionally, all our cosmetic products are suitable to use to support your scalp during this time too. 

No, but we encourage you to continue your use of the vitamins everyday to ensure that all new hair growing through is healthy and good quality. If you have to stop for some reason, you may find that your hair lacks the quality and health that it did when taking the vitamins. 

When taking Hairburst vitamins, the new hair that grows through should be of a better overall quality. We have a lot of hair on our heads naturally so this is where you should see the most improvement. Hair on other parts of our bodies may become better quality, but will not increase in thickness, length or quantity.

There is no problem if you take a men's vitamin, we just formulated and packaged the Hair Vitamins for Men, with men at the forefront of our minds. There are similar vitamins and minerals in both the men's and womens products. All products are unisex essentially. 

We have added two gummy supplements to our range.  The Chewable Hair Vitamin and the Unicorn Vegan Hair Vitamin. Chew two gummies once a day. A much more fun and enjoyable delivery method that doesn't feel like you are taking a vitamin at all! Alternatively, you can split the capsules content into a drink of your choice, such as a smoothie for easier consumption. 

No, there are 0.8g of sugar per pastille in the Chewable Hair Vitamins. Much less than a sweet! Our Chewable Hair Vitamins contain just 6 calories per pastille. 

You must be 12+ years to take our hair supplement products.

Not necessarily. We know that high levels of pure Biotin have been linked to breakouts, so we understand your concern, but this is normally something you would expect from a purely Biotin supplement or one that contained extremely high levels of it. The Biotin levels in all of our supplements are within safe levels and although we feel the levels are enough to be effective for Hair maintenance, we don’t feel they are too high. If you are still sensitive to the Biotin in our product, we recommend just dropping the dose by taking only one supplement per day instead of the required two.

Yes, you can take our Unicorn Vegan Hair Vitamin. 

Yes, you can take our New Mums Hair vitamins or Chewable Unicorn Vegan Hair vitamin. 

We have a large range of products which are vegan, in fact we have recently received our Vegan Society Accreditation for these products. The products which are vegan are the Unicorn Vegan Hair Vitamins and all the cosmetic products in the range,

No, you don't have to, but we encourage using one of our supplement products alongside our cosmetic products, to target the hair from the inside out as well as from the outside. 

Hairburst Insider subscription model is based on an upfront commitment of either 1 or 3 months with auto-renewal thereafter. You will be charged the date your box is due, so if you sign up today, you will pay for one box now, then second box in either 1 or 3 months time (depending on your subscription plan). After your first subscription has been received you can cancel at any time. If we do not receive payment (for example the card is declined or expired), then we will not ship your order but you will be notified via email of this two days in advance to prevent this from not being sent. You can cancel your subscription fuss free at any time. However, if your subscription has already been shipped then the usual refund and returns policy applies and we may not be able to process your cancellation if the box has already been shipped. 

• Depending on the vitamins purchased, the cost taken either every month or every three months can very from €21.70 and €82. You will receive your first subscription between 3-5 working days from placing the order. 

• Your next payment will be taken automatically either every 1 month or 3 months thereafter depending on your plan.

Depending on the type of subscription you have signed up to this can vary. Our one month subscription means you will be charged every month for one bottle of vitamins which you have selected. We also have our three month supply of vitamins subscription and Insider three month subscription, which with both you are charged every three months on the date you originally signed up to the subscription- however you can change this on your subscription account yourself. 

The minimum subscription we offer is for 1 month, or one bottle. With any of the subscriptions, you will continue to automatically be charged either monthly or quartlery, unless you decide to cancel or pause this.

You can still purchase all of our products individually through our store. However, with the different subscription offers, you can make huge savings! With the one month subscription  you save 15% off the normal price of the vitamins if you purchased these without this offer. The three months subscription offers you can end up with between 30-50% off compared to what you pay if it was not on the offer. 

Depending on the subscription you select, you can expect to save up to 50% on RRP of products. 

You can cancel this at anytime once your first subscription has arrived. You can do this by contacting the team at support@hairburst.com or by logging into your account online by making changes in there. You MUST cancel your subscription before your next subscription has been shipped, otherwise we will not be able to process the cancellation of this. 

You will receive your first box between 3-5 working days after you have placed this if you are based in the UK. Your next box will automatically be shipped and charged on the same day but either one or three month later, depending on your subscription plan. For example if you bought you first box on January 1st, your second will be sent on the 1st of April, your third box 1st of July and so on. 

Unfortunately we don’t offer the subscription service to anyone outside of the EU due us not being able to get these to you within the time you would need them by to stay in routine with taking these. Our team is constantly reviewing this as a option for the future and we suggest to keep an eye out on site! 

You can change a number of things on your subscription at any time by contacting the team atsupport@hairburst.com or by logging into your account online by making changes in there. You can change the date you receive these to earlier or later time, the type of subscription you are on, your address and payment details as well as pausing this if needs be. 

We would advise that if you want to be consistent with taking the vitamins without missing a day, to change the date you want these to be dispatched in your subscription account to a earlier time to guarantee that you do not miss taking these and to help you achieve the best results possible!

If you are ordering within the EU, you would have received a tracking link via email with further information about your order within 24-48 hours maximum of you placing the order with us. If you're still struggling to see where your order is or need to make any changes such as an address change, please contact one of our team at support@hairburst.com as soon as possible after placing your order so the team can assist with your request as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, sometimes during popular periods, an item may go out of stock. We should have new products arriving within 4 weeks, but if you feel it has been longer, please contact our customer service team on support@hairburst.com.

As much as we love to hear that you want to stock up on your favourite products, we do not allow products to be ordered in bulk as these should only be purchased through our website for individual use. If you are interested in becoming a seller with us or ordering in large quantities then please email support@hairburst.com, where our team will be able to put you through to our wholesale team to discuss this further. 

If you have not received an email confirmation from us within 24-48 hours of purchasing, then there may be an error with your order. This could be an address query which is not recognised by the courier, you have ordered too many products at one time or stock delays in one of the products included in your order. However, rest assured our Customer Care team will be in touch with you to update you as soon as possible or you can contact us at support@hairburst.com if you have not heard from us yet.

Yes, when you either select to 'Check out with PayPal' or 'Place your order' when paying you will see a list of forms to fill in. Simply fill in the forms with your details and click 'continue' at the bottom, you will then be prompted to enter your card details.

This is something which is out of our control. Sometimes PayPal experience slight issues. If this keeps happening to you we first suggest deleting your cookies and browsing history, if this doesn't solve the problem we recommend contacting somebody at PayPal to help you.

Delivery within the EU is €7.99 or free for orders over€40and takes 7-10 working days maximum. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. You can also find additional details on our Shipping page.

Delivery within the UK is delivered the next working day when ordering before 1 PM. Delivery throughout Europe takes 2-5 working days. Delivery throughout the US, Canada and Australia takes 2 - 8 working days. Delivery for the rest of the world varies depending on destination. Please email support@hairburst.com for further details.

For orders within the EU, you can go to your tracking email which you would have received 24-48 hours after placing your order, on this you will receive tracking from one of our delivery agents to help keep track on when this is going to arrive with you. Yes, we do, but please note that we do not provide return labels. Please include the invoice with a reason of return within the parcel. Once this has been received by our returns team, they will get in contact with you or you can send us proof of this being returned but we hold no responsibility if this gets lost on return to us, so we always suggest putting this on a tracked service. For more information, please visit our Refunds page.

Returns accepted up to 28 days from purchase, exceptions apply if you have contacted us regarding an issue. Please note that this depends on each individual case. If you wish to return a product back to us, please ensure that the safety seal has not been removed and all of the products you are returning have not been opened or damaged. Please include with your return, a note including your order number and your reason for return.
Refunds will be given once we have received your return. If you would like to receive this more quickly, then please take a photo of the postage receipt and send on to us to support@hairburst.com. We can then see that this is on its way back to us and can process this back to you quicker.
