What it can do is help to maintain the hair that is still growing through, making it better quality, stronger and healthier which will lead to hair shedding less frequently and a better quality of existing hair on the head, which will then appear thicker and grow longer.
Yes, you can take our New Mums vitamins! The formula has been specifically adapted for those who are breastfeeding or pregnant. Additionally, all our cosmetic products are suitable to use to support your scalp during this time too.
No, but we encourage you to continue your use of the vitamins everyday to ensure that all new hair growing through is healthy and good quality. If you have to stop for some reason, you may find that your hair lacks the quality and health that it did when taking the vitamins.
When taking Hairburst vitamins, the new hair that grows through should be of a better overall quality. We have a lot of hair on our heads naturally so this is where you should see the most improvement. Hair on other parts of our bodies may become better quality, but will not increase in thickness, length or quantity.

There is no problem if you take a men's vitamin, we just formulated and packaged the Hair Vitamins for Men, with men at the forefront of our minds. There are similar vitamins and minerals in both the men's and womens products. All products are unisex essentially.
We have added two gummy supplements to our range. The Chewable Hair Vitamin and the Unicorn Vegan Hair Vitamin. Chew two gummies once a day. A much more fun and enjoyable delivery method that doesn't feel like you are taking a vitamin at all! Alternatively, you can split the capsules content into a drink of your choice, such as a smoothie for easier consumption.
No, there are 0.8g of sugar per pastille in the Chewable Hair Vitamins. Much less than a sweet! Our Chewable Hair Vitamins contain just 6 calories per pastille.

Not necessarily. We know that high levels of pure Biotin have been linked to breakouts, so we understand your concern, but this is normally something you would expect from a purely Biotin supplement or one that contained extremely high levels of it. The Biotin levels in all of our supplements are within safe levels and although we feel the levels are enough to be effective for Hair maintenance, we don’t feel they are too high. If you are still sensitive to the Biotin in our product, we recommend just dropping the dose by taking only one supplement per day instead of the required two.

Whilst the product should be safe to consume after expiration date, we do not recommend it. Additionally, Hairburst can only guarantee product quality for the duration of its shelf life. Please note that some active ingredients can degrade past expiration date, which may delay desired results.

No, you don't have to, but we encourage using one of our supplement products alongside our cosmetic products, to target the hair from the inside out as well as from the outside.
You can use all of our cosmetic products alongside each other as part of your hair care beauty routine. You must only take one of our supplement products at a time, and stick to the daily recommended dose.
Subscription Offer
Hairburst Insider subscription model is based on an upfront commitment of either 1 or 3 months with auto-renewal thereafter. You will be charged the date your box is due, so if you sign up today, you will pay for one box now, then second box in either 1 or 3 months time (depending on your subscription plan). After your first subscription has been received you can cancel at any time. If we do not receive payment (for example the card is declined or expired), then we will not ship your order but you will be notified via email of this two days in advance to prevent this from not being sent. You can cancel your subscription fuss free at any time. However, if your subscription has already been shipped then the usual refund and returns policy applies and we may not be able to process your cancellation if the box has already been shipped.
Depending on the vitamins purchased, the cost taken either every month or every three months can very from €21.70 and €82. You will receive your first subscription between 3-5 working days from placing the order.

Depending on the type of subscription you have signed up to this can vary. Our one month subscription means you will be charged every month for one bottle of vitamins which you have selected. We also have our three month supply of vitamins subscription and Insider three month subscription, which with both you are charged every three months on the date you originally signed up to the subscription- however you can change this on your subscription account yourself.
The minimum subscription we offer is for 1 month, or one bottle. With any of the subscriptions, you will continue to automatically be charged either monthly or quartlery, unless you decide to cancel or pause this.
You can still purchase all of our products individually through our store. However, with the different subscription offers, you can make huge savings! With the one month subscription you save 15% off the normal price of the vitamins if you purchased these without this offer. The three months subscription offers you can end up with between 30-50% off compared to what you pay if it was not on the offer.

You can cancel this at anytime once your first subscription has arrived. You MUST cancel your subscription before your next subscription has been shipped, otherwise we will not be able to process the cancellation of this.
You will receive your first box between 3-5 working days after you have placed this if you are based in the UK. Your next box will automatically be shipped and charged on the same day but either one or three month later, depending on your subscription plan. For example if you bought you first box on January 1st, your second will be sent on the 1st of April, your third box 1st of July and so on.
Unfortunately we don’t offer the subscription service to anyone outside of the EU due us not being able to get these to you within the time you would need them by to stay in routine with taking these. Our team is constantly reviewing this as a option for the future and we suggest to keep an eye out on site!
You can change a number of things on your subscription at any time by contacting the team atsupport@hairburst.com or by logging into your account online by making changes in there. You can change the date you receive these to earlier or later time, the type of subscription you are on, your address and payment details as well as pausing this if needs be.
We would advise that if you want to be consistent with taking the vitamins without missing a day, to change the date you want these to be dispatched in your subscription account to a earlier time to guarantee that you do not miss taking these and to help you achieve the best results possible!

Yes, when you either select to 'Check out with PayPal' or 'Place your order' when paying you will see a list of forms to fill in. Simply fill in the forms with your details and click 'continue' at the bottom, you will then be prompted to enter your card details.

Delivery within the EU is €7.99 or free for orders over€40and takes 7-10 working days maximum. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. You can also find additional details on our Shipping page.
Delivery within the UK is delivered the next working day when ordering before 1 PM. Delivery throughout Europe takes 2-5 working days. Unfortunately, no. Forwarding companies will simply return your item to us. If you chose to do this regardless, please note Hairburst holds no responsibility if your order becomes lost, damaged or has missing products as we are unable to open an investigation with a third-party courier.We ship to pretty much every country in the world so there should be no need to use a forwarding company.
Returns
Yes, we do, but please note that we do not provide return labels. Please include the invoice with a reason of return within the parcel. Once this has been received by our returns team, they will get in contact with you or you can send us proof of this being returned but we hold no responsibility if this gets lost on return to us, so we always suggest putting this on a tracked service. Returns accepted up to 28 days from purchase, exceptions apply if you have contacted us regarding an issue. Please note that this depends on each individual case. If you wish to return a product back to us, please ensure that the safety seal has not been removed and all of the products you are returning have not been opened or damaged. Please include with your return, a note including your order number and your reason for return. Refunds will be given once we have received your return. If you would like to receive this more quickly, then please take a photo of the postage receipt and send on to us to support@hairburst.com. We can then see that this is on its way back to us and can process this back to you quicker.
